What you are buying
A personalised 24-page picture book, hand-illustrated in watercolour, in which your child is the main character. You choose between a hardcover and a layflat edition with thick pages that open completely flat.
You see the whole book as a proof before you pay. Nothing goes to the printer until you have approved it and one of us has checked every page.
Delivery
Delivery is included in the price. You get a tracking link as soon as the book is on its way.
Each book is printed to order, so allow a little longer than for something off a shelf. The expected timescale is in the terms.
If something is wrong
Print faults and transit damage we simply fix: we reprint the book and send it again at no cost. Send a photo and it is usually sorted in one email.
Because the book is made specifically for your child, the statutory right to cancel falls away once you approve the proof — which is stated on the approval screen itself, before you pay. Your statutory rights over a faulty product are unaffected.
Your photographs
The photos you upload are used only to draw your book. They are deleted automatically once they are no longer needed, never sold, and never used to train models.
You can have your data deleted at any time from My details.
