Contact us
A question about your proof, your order or your data? Write to us. We read every message ourselves and usually reply within one working day.
Prefer email? That works too: support@fablebook.co.uk.
You can’t attach files here, and we don’t keep attachments. Just describe it in words.
What we do with your message
A member of our team reads your message and replies to the email address you give. We use it only to help you.
We keep the conversation for 24 months after the last message, which is how long you can come back to us about the same book. If you have your data deleted, the conversation is deleted with it.
